Black River believes that protecting the privacy of your nonpublic personal information ("personal information") is of the utmost importance, and is committed to maintaining the privacy of such personal information in its possession. Personal information is non-public information about a natural person investor that is personally identifiable and that Black River obtains in connection with providing a financial product or service to an investor. This policy describes the personal information that Black River collects about investors, and its treatment of that information.

Black River collects personal information about investors from the following sources:

Information received from an investor on managed account agreements or fund subscription documents and related forms (for example, name, address, Social Security number, birth date, assets, income, and investment experience;) and
Information about an investor's transactions with Black River (for example, account activity and balances).

Black River does not disclose any nonpublic personal information it collects, as described above, about its current or former customers to anyone other than in connection with the administration, processing and servicing of customer accounts or to Black River's accountants, attorneys and auditors or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Black River restricts access to nonpublic personal information about an investor to personnel who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to such investor. Black River maintains physical, electronic and procedural controls in keeping with federal standards to safeguard investors' nonpublic information.
